Psychological safety would enable women to have the same opportunities as men and to express their full professional potential. But gender equality is not yet a reality.

The concept of the “Worry Gap” has recently emerged. A practical measurement tool, it quantifies the worry gap between men and women in the workplace. What does it mean in concrete terms? What impact does this worry gap have on women's mental health? How can we close it?

About the speaker, Christelle Tissot

After spending more than 10 years in communications and the media, notably with VICE France, Christelle Tissot was keen to create her own megaphone on mental health, with the values of commitment, impact and social utility at its heart. At the heart of COVID-19, she created mūsae, the first medium to de-dramatize and democratize mental health.
