Recent years have seen the assertion, even the claim, of female leadership being more gentle, more human, more supportive than male leadership, with the underlying idea of gendered leadership.

Together, we're going to question this assertion: what's its basis? What do scientific reports tell us? How do we define leadership? Has it evolved over the last few decades?

To do this, we'll start by examining the image of the corporate leader, past and present, and the associated gender stereotypes, before redefining leadership in line with today's challenges and the evolution of work. This new definition will enable us to think about and define inclusive leadership based on common, gender-neutral principles.
