Following an international career in advertising, Jamal Ouazzani became a consultant and speaker on diversity and inclusion, with an intersectional approach. He is the voice of the Jins podcast, the 1st podcast on sexuality, gender, love and the body in Arab and/or Muslim contexts. Jamal is also a film director and screenwriter.
You can be a man and also a feminist. Yes, you can.
But then how can you be an ally without taking too much space? How can you create a safe space for colleagues? What actions can you take as a man who wants to make gender equality & women’s rights applied in the workplace?
In this conference, the aim is to better understand one's role as an ally for women, especially BIPoC women, in the company. Using facts and figures to move from intention to action, this conference will focus on the following themes:

What posture to adopt as an ally at work (in particular as an ally of women, BIPOC people, queer people, and religious minorities)
