Women are still less represented in some industries, despite the trend towards feminization. And they're not always the ones we hear the most about.
Why is this? How can we change the situation so that women can finally progress at the same pace as others?
In this conference, we'll look at topics such as legitimacy, imposter syndrome, audacity, speaking out, self-promotion and negotiation, and their importance in the professional environment, particularly for career progression. Tools for developing a sense of legitimacy, or communicating and negotiating in a more assertive, non-violent way, will be shared.
We'll start the session with a quick overview and contextualization, and finish with a time for exchange, to answer questions from the audience.
