Sexism, mental health, disability... Some subjects are still difficult to broach in the workplace, for fear of offending, lack of tools or simply because they are perceived as too personal.

Yet removing these taboos is essential to creating a healthier, more inclusive working environment that respects everyone. When ignored, these subjects can generate unease, misunderstanding and barriers to collaboration. Conversely, by tackling them in a pedagogical way, they become levers of commitment and cohesion within teams.

The aim of this conference is to understand the impact of taboos on well-being in the workplace, and to identify concrete levers for tackling them with kindness and pedagogy. What words should be chosen to avoid embarrassment or awkwardness? How can we create a reassuring and constructive framework for exchange?

Drawing on concrete examples and keys to action, this conference invites us to rethink communication around sensitive subjects, in order to improve quality of life and working conditions (QLWC), and encourage a culture of dialogue and prevention.
