In general, the profile of employees in tech is very homogeneous. As a result, the representation of women, ethnic, religious, cultural diversity ... is low. Yet, according to McKinsey (2019), "companies that integrate cultural diversity increase their economic performance by 36% and by 25% for gender diversity."
