The Trump administration's recent policies have influenced the diversity and inclusion landscape in the United States, but not only, both at national level and in the private sector.

These policies pose unprecedented challenges that we will explore, and we will also attempt to see how this chaotic context also presents definite opportunities to strengthen D&I initiatives.

To better understand these dynamics and identify levers for action, this conference will focus on four areas:

1- Impact of national policies and repercussions on the US private sector

2- International reactions: the international allies of Trump's policies, but also the strong reactions of the international community to changes in US leadership.

3- Adaptation strategies and innovation opportunities: Case studies of companies that have succeeded in maintaining or strengthening their D&I initiatives despite political and economic obstacles. Exploration of new approaches and technologies that can support diversity and inclusion efforts in a changing environment.

4- Go beyond: Role models and incentives for active involvement in diversity and inclusion initiatives (sharing experiences and best practices)

More than just an observation, this conference offers strategic and inspiring reflection for those who wish to understand, adapt and act. It's a unique opportunity to exchange ideas and take away concrete keys and enlightening perspectives on the future of diversity and inclusion.
