Leadership through the works of women artists
Leadership Limiting beliefs Inspiring Art
Marion Corrales
Marion Corrales is passionate about the powers of the voice and the body. Singer and art therapist, she explores emotions on stage and in a therapeutic setting.
"I’ve always felt guilty about putting myself forward. I felt that the art world belonged to men and that somehow I was invading their territory." Louise Bourgeois, visual artist.
Taking your place as a woman doesn't seem conceivable in an art world that is mainly mastered by men, just as in the corporate world, where female leaders are rare. Why is it so difficult to conceive a female leadership? Abramovic through her performances, Orlan through her body art, Nikki de Saint Phalle through her magnificent Tarot garden, Prune Nourry through her scientific process and many others will guide us in this exploration. Through the work of these women artists, we'll see how women are inventing new art forms to take their place.
This conference will enable you to:
Understand why women's leadership is questioning and is under construction.
Identify the limiting beliefs that are linked to women's leadership.
Discover the artistic processes of extraordinary women and draw inspiration from them to invent new opportunities.
