Hélène Antier
Hélène Antier, co-founder of Lyv Healthcare, is committed to improving the management of endometriosis.
This conference aims to educate and raise awareness among all company audiences about endometriosis, a chronic gynecological disease that affects about 1 in 10 women, yet is still poorly understood and largely underestimated. Despite its significant impact on daily and professional life, it suffers from many taboos and a lack of recognition.
This session provides a deeper understanding of the disease, detailing its varied and sometimes disabling symptoms: chronic pain, digestive issues, extreme fatigue, fertility impacts, and psychological consequences. It also highlights the repercussions of endometriosis in the workplace, particularly in terms of absenteeism, lost productivity, and challenges in adapting work conditions.
Finally, the session offers practical support strategies, emphasizing the importance of a multidisciplinary approach and a more inclusive professional environment. Designed as a space for exchange, it provides participants with the opportunity to ask questions and better understand how to support colleagues affected by this disease.
