The number of adults diagnosed with neurodiversity has exploded in recent years. Not because we become Dys or ADD/ADHD in the course of our lives (we are born with it), but because these disorders are becoming better known and people who were not diagnosed as children are finding it difficult in the workplace. The need to be diagnosed is becoming imperative if the right support is to be found.
But what do you do with this diagnosis if you're already working? Should I tell my colleagues? Is there a need for special, restrictive arrangements? Will managing a person with NDD be a long and arduous task? This course will answer all these questions. It is divided into three parts:

- Attitudes conducive to employee support and integration
