Faced with an ever-changing work environment, managers play a key role in preventing and managing psychosocial risks within their teams. This course aims to equip managers with the skills they need to identify, understand and respond effectively to different types of psychosocial risks.

The course is divided into two main sections:

  1. Identifying and understanding the different types of psychosocial risks

    • Risk situations: stress, internal violence, external violence
    • Focus on forms of suffering: mental health, burn-out, bore-out, etc.
    • Define your perception of stress and its impact on relationships
    • Assess the risks/identify the signs of deterioration in your team: relational, organisational, etc.
  2. How to react and adapt your behaviour?

    • Roles and responsibilities of the players
    • Getting to know yourself better (measuring your own level of stress and well-being, recognising your emotions)
    • Psychosocial risks prevention and leadership: autonomy, listening and support, skills development, assertiveness
    • Crisis management and prevention
