Description

Whether in the domestic sphere, public life or the world of work, there is still a long way to go when it comes to equality between women and men. Drawing on examples from history in various parts of the world, we will be focusing on the workplace today, and on your industry in particular. The goal? To uncover a wide range of discrimination. Sometimes benevolent, often seemingly harmless, these differences in treatment are always based on stereotypes and mainly concern gender, but also ethnicity, sexual orientation, physical abilities, religion, etc.

But where do these prejudices and biases actually come from? Where and how do they come into play, particularly in the workplace? What are the real issues for businesses and the economy? And why are governments around the world striving to promote gender parity? In short, why is a policy of diversity and inclusion a mean rather than an end to equality between women and men?

This e-learning aims above all to raise awareness and give participants practical tools for action, all in a positive state of mind. Thanks to a wide range of examples and an analysis of best practices, after this session participants will be eager to contribute to a more inclusive working environment.
