Description

Because sexual and romantic orientation, as well as gender identity, make us who we are, it is necessary for the workplace to be a safe space for everyone, just as it is today for heterosexual and cisgender people.

The reality in the workplace today is that 50% of LGBTQIA+ people are afraid to talk to their colleagues about their gender identity or romantic orientation, for fear that it will negatively affect their relationships. This e-learning aims to help you understand and correctly define the identities behind the acronym LGBTQIA+, while giving you an insight into the day-to-day and real-life experiences of your LGBTQIA+ colleagues today.

The goal of this module is to challenge the view of gender and romantic and sexual orientation, while providing concrete tools and good practices to act as an ally, and thus create a pleasant and safe workspace for LGBTQIA+ employees.
