25% of employees say they have to hide their emotions or pretend to be "always" or "often" in a good mood. 45% of working people say they "always" or "often" have to hurry in their work. (DARES study)

Stress, internal or external violence, burnout, harassment... Psychosocial risks are defined as a risk to workers' physical and mental health. They have many causes: working conditions, work organization, interpersonal relations, etc.

What's at stake for the company and its employees? What does the law provide for? How can we recognize and identify these risks? How can we protect ourselves against them and take charge of our own health in the workplace?

Using concrete examples, this interactive conference aims to help participants identify and react to these situations.
