Dealing with stress

In the frenzy of our hyperactive urban lives, how can we never let stress overwhelm us? So many things to do, so many things to think about...

So we dwell on the past and over-anticipate the future. We lock ourselves in thought loops that undermine our concentration, efficiency, creativity, well-being and confidence. Sometimes this even has an impact on our bodies: fatigue, oversleeping or insomnia, stomach upsets, headaches or backaches... Not very glorious! The good news is that we can learn to live with greater calm, confidence and serenity.

This conference, based on the practice of mindfulness meditation, will teach us how to manage our stress: identify the warning signs, react so as not to be overwhelmed, and gradually build stability and confidence.
