My vulnerability is my strength
My vulnerability is my strength

We all carry wounds, breaks, scars that we try to hide the best we can because we are convinced that they are our greatest weaknesses. Somewhere along the line, we believe that if our vulnerabilities are uncovered, others will make mincemeat of us.
So we run for our lives! We protect ourselves behind subterfuges, shells, characters. We defend our sides at every step, we attack to avoid being hurt. We hide ourselves. We close ourselves. We suffer from it.
What if the obstacle was the path? What if our vulnerability was the opportunity for our greatest strength? What if our most masterful angers, our most instinctive fears and our most peremptory judgments were actually the gateway, the obligatory passage to release what is most essential to us? To reconcile ourselves with repressed parts of ourselves and unfold who we are?
