At the end of this interactive workshop, participants will leave with concrete tools to refine the image they convey, gain credibility and presence, and put themselves forward without giving the impression of "selling out".
After a short explanation of the notion of "personal branding", participants will successively identify their personal "brand", the stories and/or anecdotes that will support the image they wish to convey, and their key selling points.
Next, the different communication styles will be discussed, and thanks to an analysis tool, each participant will identify the style that best suits him or her.
Finally, each participant will work on his or her personal “elevator pitch”, in order to present him or herself effectively and subtly, while being in line with the style he or she has chosen. Participants will leave this workshop feeling confident and ready to advance their careers and gain respect from their colleagues.
