Descriptive
As a manager or HR manager, it is important to support a trans person in their transition. This course will provide you with the tools to :
- Understand and correctly define the concepts of gender, sex, gender identity and gender expression, as well as review pronouns and how they are used in everyday life.
- Understand the different transition paths possible, and the specific challenges faced by transgender people in the world of work: communicating with teams, administrative changes, dealing with transphobic remarks, etc.
