Listen to yourself: Taking care of your mental health

Since 2017, Diane has been working with individuals and companies to offer training, conferences, workshops and retreats. She draws on psychology and neuroscience, and her pillar practices are mindfulness meditation, non-violent communication and the enneagram.

 

Sometimes, as we are so involved in our work, that we do not realize that we are exceeding our physical, emotional and mental limits. We pull on the rope, day after day, without realizing that a rope that is constantly being pulled on... will eventually break!

  • How can we learn to take care of our mental health at work?
  • How can we listen to our body's limits, identify the emotional and mental signals that indicate that we need to slow down, to regenerate ourselves, in the midst of our dynamic and sometimes frenetic daily lives?

During this conference, Diane Taïeb will share from her own experience the tools and methods that allow us to listen and take care of our mental health, through an alternation between theory, personal experience and exercises.
