Becoming a truly inclusive organization takes courage and kindness. A truly inclusive organization is built on a culture of inclusion, where all employees feel connected, belong and can thrive.
This is why the key to the success of D&I initiatives is to take into account the power of intersectionality, whether you are a woman with a disability or a gay black man, whether you are talking about religion or queer identities - or both at the same time, whether we evoke systemic racism at the coffee break or during afterwork reunions, whether we try and detect islamophobic behaviors...

This conference talk will raise awareness amongst employees, to find more ways to cultivate empathy, courageous conversations and a sense of belonging to your company.
