Rediscovering and understanding our emotions
Rediscovering and understanding our emotions
Diane Taieb
Since 2017, Diane has been working with individuals and companies to offer training, conferences, workshops and retreats. She draws on psychology and neuroscience, and her pillar practices are mindfulness meditation, non-violent communication and the enneagram.
The uncertainty of the situation, combined with the lockdown and the difficulty of projecting ourselves, bring out an inner chaos that we don't know what to do with... and sometimes we are not even aware of it. We have rarely been given a compass to learn how to navigate the mysterious territory of our emotions. What is an emotion? How does it intervene in the body? What are our bad habits that only make things worse? And how can we set up new ways of doing things to better live our emotional life? Neither repressing nor being overwhelmed.
