Perfectionism and self-criticism

 

This workshop is about learning to have high standards without beating yourself up.

It is an eye-opening series of exercises to understand what causes our perfectionism, and to make the distinction between the helpful push telling us that we can do better, and the paralysing belief that what we have done is not enough.

By the end of this workshop, you will be able to tell what sets of beliefs lie behind your perfectionism, and how to avoid feeling overwhelmed by them.
