There is a lot of debate lately on the topic of gender. Many still don't fully understand the difference between sex and gender, others find that it is too much and some still don't feel concerned by all these discussions.
This workshop will give you the tools to:
- Understand and correctly define the notions of gender, sex, gender identity, or gender expression, but also to review pronouns and their everyday use.
- Understand the different transition paths possible, and the specific challenges that transgender people face, especially in the workplace.
You will leave this workshop with the necessary tools to create a safe environment around you for people who are questioning their gender or who have already begun a gender transition.
