Main objective of the training
To equip HR managers and harassment representatives to decode the mechanisms of violence, adopt the right reflexes for dealing with a victim and handling a report.
Learning objectives
- Understand the mechanisms of violence
- Practise how to deal with a victim through role-playing and identify good and bad reflexes
- Implement a victim support and protection strategy and define the role of each of the players involved

To have followed the training course "Preventing and putting an end to sexist and sexual violence at work"
Descriptive
Part 1: Decoding the mechanisms of violence and learning how to deal with a victim's complaint
- Using a case study to review the knowledge acquired in the "Preventing and putting an end to sexist and sexual violence in the workplace" training
- Understanding the mechanisms of violence, and countering them: why reports are slow to come in and sometimes seem complex to deal with
- Practising listening to a victim and identifying good and bad reflexes
Part 2: Dealing with reports and conducting an internal investigation
- The purpose of this training module is to set out the main principles for dealing with a report (from a victim, a witness, a manager, an employee representative, etc.) + to determine the roles of each person.
- How can we facilitate and encourage reporting?
- What are the different stages of the investigation? Who conducts the investigation?
- How do you conduct interviews with a victim, witnesses and an alleged perpetrator?
- Examples of case law (disciplinary decisions in companies for acts of sexism and sexual harassment)
