Description
Disabilities, manifestations and specific needs: what approach should we adopt? Understanding disability in the context of work helps us to overcome the obstacles and taboos that make us fearful in our own lives.After an introduction to the origins of disability and its direct consequences, each family of disability is discussed from the point of view of the professional context, the possible implications in a work situation, concrete examples, and possible solutions, with arguments.
