About Anouk Garnier
Anouk Garnier has been a champion obstacle racer for 7 years, and finished on the podium around 20 times, especially for two World Championship titles and a European Championship title. She has also been involved in sports clubs for 12 years, and continues to work as a sports coach. As health through sport is very close to her heart, she is also a radio columnist for "Bienfaits pour vous" (“Benefits for you”) programme on Europe 1 in where she shares her expertise as a sports coach, giving practical advice (practical exercises, motivation, etc.) to help everyone practise a sporting activity and improve their health in the long term.
