In this conference, we'll take the time to define non-binary and transgender, and overcome the myths surrounding these still poorly understood concepts. We'll look at how to react when you're not sure of someone's gender identity, and how to create a welcoming context that allows trans and non-binary colleagues to live without hiding and potentially transition. Displaying your pronouns costs nothing, but is the first step in ensuring the well-being of many colleagues.
