Safir Boukhalfa is a diversity, equity and inclusion consultant living in Berlin, Germany. Safir is non-binary, Algerian, French, Muslim and queer.
This conference will focus on the plurality of corporate cultures, on its difficulties but also and above all, on its advantages. We will discuss the richness of multiculturalism in international companies and what it can bring in terms of diversity and inclusion.
The conference will focus on three axes:
How to communicate in a multicultural environment when you don't necessarily speak the same language, don't come from the same culture, and maybe don't even live in the same place: prejudices, expectations, and awareness
Group work: How to foster collaboration and team spirit to avoid conflicts
Develop self-confidence and confidence in others in an international environment thanks to an essential tool: empathy
